# Research & Evidence

> Track AIO3's assumptions, supporting evidence and open questions.

## Research approach

AIO3 separates **hypotheses** from **verified findings**. An attractive course idea is not evidence of demand, learning effectiveness, or economic feasibility.

## Workstreams

* Learner and parent needs
* Competitor and alternative-program analysis
* Curriculum effectiveness and readiness
* Instructor, infrastructure and safeguarding requirements
* Pricing, unit economics and operational feasibility
* Pilot design, evaluation and iteration

## Evidence log convention

Research pages should distinguish source, date, geography, target segment, method, limitations, and whether a claim is a hypothesis, observation or validated conclusion.

## Current status

The documentation is an initial framework. Specific claims and results will be added with traceable references as research progresses.
