# Mentorship Approach

## Proposed experience

AIO3 is exploring a premium mentorship-led model with small cohorts and optional personalized support. The intended experience combines guided lessons, independent builds, regular demonstrations, project portfolios, and constructive feedback.

## For learners

Mentors should build confidence through explanation and experimentation, rather than completing projects on behalf of students.

## For guardians

A program brief should clearly identify age/readiness expectations, supervision needs, contact and consent practices, equipment costs, and realistic outcomes before enrollment.

## Validation needed

Batch sizes, contact hours, fees, instructor qualifications and safeguarding procedures remain to be defined and validated.
