# Mission & Principles

## Mission

Help learners develop durable technical fundamentals and the confidence to understand, question, and build with emerging technologies.

## Principles

* **Fundamentals before frameworks.** Explain how systems work rather than teaching only tool prompts.
* **Build, test, reflect.** Prefer observable projects and peer/mentor review.
* **Understanding before automation.** Learners should be able to explain what their systems do.
* **Mentorship with accountability.** Adapt support to readiness and real progress.
* **Responsible technology.** Prioritize privacy, cybersecurity, safety, and informed consent.
* **Evidence over hype.** No promises of jobs, income, mastery, or outcomes without supporting evidence.

## Current stage

AIO3 is in discovery and validation. Proposed curricula and delivery formats are hypotheses until tested with learners and guardians.
